The complex is located in a great area of the Mediterranean coast. It consists in residential/care home with 188 rooms/units (more than 240 beds) split between 13 buildings apart hotel style. The proposed business caters for two distinct markets: 3rd age residence and recuperation and convalescence. Both markets are growing steadily in Spain.
